I was leery of grub screws being able to clamp the steel cable, versus swaged ends. But I tried them and they seem to be plenty strong enough (I'd guess 80 pounds - I didn't measure it, but it was twanging nicely, like a bass guitar!). So if the cables sag I can unscrew them and shorten them a little. They worked better on 7x7 cable, where they are fully recessed, but on stiffer 1x19 (1/8 inch) cable they stand a little proud of the cylinder, and need a 17/32 inch hole to pass through. (I didn't use Muzata pre-drilled posts).

Worked well to SWAG cable-ends on a 200 lb. cable gym. First inclination was to use the 1/8" die-set because the cable core is 1/8". However, the cable ends, while made for cable with 1/8" core, are 1/4" O.D. and can't be compressed that much. The 5/32" die-set did the trick. Great tool for this application as it will probably last a lifetime considering the small number of cables involved as compared to a railing.

absolutely 100% product was super easy to work with had an item get shorted Muata responded right a way and sent out the missing items thankyou
Solid post that are easy to install and so far look great. I haven’t put the hand rail on yet. My only issue is now I have 8 13mm sockets that I don’t need and a bunch of cheep alan wrenches. I suggest maybe one tool kit per order, not post. Or maybe let people select if they want the free tool kit. I have all the tools I needed. Just a friendly suggestion to avoid a bit of waste. But otherwise a great system.

The product looks to be high quality. The description on the box(s) for all the parts ordered appears to match those ordered but the part numbers on the parts do not match the part numbers in the order. Makes it difficult to reconcile what has been received for an entire deck order with the order confirmation.

These fasteners look great when they’re installed. The swage area is smaller than most other fittings which makes double-swaging impossible so make sure the crimping is extremely strong! Still, it’s a great fitting and looks terrific!

The twenty dollars is well spent unless you have a lot of experience with these products.
Communication was a little hard at first but we worked through it they always got back with me there hours are from @ 9:00 pm EST to @ 6:00 am EST. One item was damaged and they are replacing it now 1 part missing from shipping also replacing it. Over all a good company that tries to stand behind there products.

when you order direct, the products are great but there are always backordered parts that slow down installation. For example they were out of the end finish caps and the connection into a flat wall.
