Protective Function - These stainless steel protective sleeves fit 1/8" wire rope in level wood posts. NOT for angle applications or metal posts. ONLY apply for both wood posts and wood posts with sleeves. They prevent the wire rope from being damaged by friction wear. Adding these protective sleeves will make it easier to stretch cable through posts and also help to maintain proper cable tension.
Clean Finished Look - The protector sleeves can cover the ragged holes after drilling and create a clean look, adding a nice touch to the overall look of your deck railing.
Marine Grade - This cable railing hardware is made of T316 stainless steel, which has excellent resistance to rust, corrosion and extreme weather.
