36" Black cable railing system
1、Overview
On this page, we will introduce the 36" black cable railing system in some scenarios. These scenarios are common to daily requests, so you will probably find exactly the same as your project on this page. 1.2 Tips
（1）The recommended post spacing between two posts is 3ft-4ft, no more than 4ft. For our 6'6" handrails, it would be best to use 3'3" post spacingfor a nicer appearance with fewer seams.
（2）The total height of the railing (including the handrail) should be at least36" to meet the residential building codes (required by most states).
（3）3"cable spacing and 200lbs of tension on each cable line is recommended in order to pass the 4" sphere test (required by most states).
（4）In some cornersor long-distance projects, we recommend using 2 posts at the corner to prevent cable loosing or weak tension.

2、Application Scenarios
You may find the same scenarios below as your own project. Just go ahead and select from the recommended item list to avoid ordering wrong items.
2.1 Linear scenario
The following is a linear scenario. We recommend using cable railing kit CR26, which contains both tensioners and terminals, in the following scenarios, preferably with a reach of less than 25ft.

2.2 L-shape scenario
The following is a corner scenario. We recommend splitting the cable runs at each corner, preferably with each run having a reach of less than 25ft. This system uses cable railing tensioner CR36 and terminal CR07 to make the one-post corner work.

2.3 U-shape scenario
The following is a U-shape scenario, often seen on balconies and decks. We recommend splitting the cable runs and using two posts at each corner to make the system easier and avoid cable loosing. This system uses cable railing kit CR26, which contains both tensioners and terminals, in the following scenarios, preferably with a reach of less than 25ft.

2.4 Level toangle scenario
The following is a level to angle scenario, often seen on stairs, which includes both horizontal and angled applications. We recommend using wheel protector sleeve CR90 at the transition post to bear the tension. This system uses cable railing kit CR26, which contains both tensioners and terminals.The cable can only go through one corner, and after the corner the tension of the cable will decrease, so we recommend preferably with a total reach of less than 20ft in the following scenarios.

2.5 Common deck scenario
The following is a common deck scenario, which includes both deck and stairs. For this complex scenario, we can refer to the above prodct combination to divide this scenario to make it much On the deck, we can adpot the L-shape or U-shape scenario. On this stairs, we can adopt the linear scenario. Please note that the stairs requires the angle washer CR60 with the cable railing kit to play as the angle filler.
